Wide and Full toss

You have to work a lot on your body movement  and ball releasing. You are most probably releasing your ball wrong. Keep calm while bowling, when I first started bowling I had the same problem, plus I used to ball a lot of NO Balls. How did I improve? First, relax your mind, keep calm before bowling. Second run slowly and practice releasing the ball in very slow speed, do not worry about pace now. Practice run up and releasing ball in slow motion. Stay aware at what point you are releasing your ball (if possible record video from batsman end and see the video) find out the mistakes you are doing. Follow run up drill in Pace Bowling Section properly. Do not panic. Try releasing balls from various points (make sure your bowling arm is straight). Keep practicing.
